Zap subscribe is not good for people who are renting their vehicle as I heard from my friends, but good for someone who is renting. This model will not survive for long, as people who are renting are not able to turn in any good amount of profit. Also, someone who is renting is getting more cost per month as monthly fee than the EMI. Nowadays, bank gives 90% loan for any vehicle, so in my opinion, EMI is still a better option than zap subscribe.

Definately good business idea as you mentioned, however there are few irregularities in this model due to babugiri in our RTO and garage business. I have faced it a lot in last two years when I bought a new car and leased with zoomcar.

But bcz they're renting vehicles also result in hire of its maintainence cost. Which I don't find great until today... So unless and until they work upon customer satisfaction... Zoomcar turns their back on assurances made to customers goes into denial mode I had booked an Ecosport (Rs 48000/2910Km) for my trip to Leh-Ladakh which Zoomcar upgraded later into a Scorpio for the same amount due to their inability to provide me with the booked Ecosport. Later during the day, I found zoomcar offering the same Scorpio at discounted rates for Rs36000/2910Km. I called them to ask for availing the discounted charges even though my bookings were made before their offer went live. It is to be noted that I had asked for revised prices before starting my trip. I had all the liberty to cancel my booking and start afresh. However, they agreed to offer the vehicle on revised charges and assured me that the monetary difference would be reimbursed once I complete my trip and handover the vehicle back to Zoomcar. They even went on to assure me that they wouldn't turn their back on paying me back the difference as the call records I had with their customer care executive are safe with them and they would revisit such records should a confusion arise later. Now when I have completed my trip and done with handing over the vehicle, Zoomcar has gotten itself into a denial mode. They lied to me that no such assurances were made and that they find no evidence thereof in their call records. They have been continuously lying even when I have made them listen to the recordings I had made on my part. The unethical and unprofessional behaviour displayed by Zoomcar is unbecoming of a healthy customer-service provider relationship. It merely shows the lack of integrity and dishonesty on their part. I am narrating my ordeal only to make aware Zoomcar's prospective customers about its deceitful conduct. Moreover as an informed consumer and a duty bound citizen, it is but natural that I contribute towards helping people make reasonable choices. The bad experience I had with Zoomcar I think should help preventing prospective customers from believing into false assurances and lies told to them by firms that claim to provide nice experiences but fall short of them for the sake of a few of hundred Rupees. #zoomcarfraud
