Drape a fitted satin sheet over your recliner if you are having problems scooting forward and back in your chair. That makes it easier to get out of the chair. The sheet wants to slide off of the arms and the back of the chair but some velcrow will hold it in place.

Great video, I was born with mixed cerebral palsy, it was mild but still affected my balance and motor skills. As I got in my 40's I starting having the early onset of degenerative arthritis in my joints and more issues with balance and motor skills. I worked as long as I could but it was taking a toll on my body, at 50 I decided to retire and go on SSDI. Now I can go at my own pace and schedule.

Hey cat owners out there! You can use a empty smaller (14 pound) plastic litter jug.to get up stairs in a easier semi erect safe posture. I still hang on to the banister with my left hand if needed but the jug supports me and makes it nicer. Cheers!😊

When I was little I thought those stair chair things were goofy. Now I probably need them by the time I'm 30.

If you struggle with big cartons of milk then buy smaller ones. Slightly dearer but the milk is fresher and lasts longer. With a kettle I only boil a small amount of water at a time.

I'll always say, 'Yes' to chocolate .... its like obligatory - it just has to be present somewhere in my home. It is the natural, 'pick me up.' x Nothing is so bad if you have chocolate. It can make a great day even better too. I recommend it! Even just a square of the best quality chocolate you can afford does good things in your body x (so go and get some - drag a friend with you and make an excuse and go .... x)

I use a mop, lol. Add a bit of cleaner to the tub, add a bit of water, and mop. Easy to rinse, too, especially if you have a detachable showerhead.

The cameras on their smart phones or whatever... turn them next time huh? I can tell you where I live my celling lighting is better then the other apartments because I am visually impaired so instead of just getting a bunch of lamps as much as I do have lamps, I have better lighting on the celling. If anyone reading this who is visually impaired that information might be helpful to them depending on the housing situation like if it is senior and handicapped housing.

In my humble opinion you should try using a different appliance for cooking, a stove and utensil which are more friendly for your use,
