This could be a whole movie, about this two traveling around the greek/roman gods world and interacting with their "normality"

The thing is this place actually exists and is very fairytale looking Giardino di Ninfa, Lazio in Italy 🌱💕🦋 one of my dream places to visit on my wishlist. That was the perfect place to film this and such an inspiration, every second was art. 🦋💕🌱✨

I’m sorry, but this is how fashion should always be presented!! Not on some boring, lifeless runway with everyone holding their smart phones up, not being present. Extraordinary job, Dior. Keep it going in this direction🙂✨

Completely agree, even though a film like this is more work, but I do think the smartphones are annoying at shows. No time to enjoy the beautiful creations. This one completely took me to this mythical fairy tale, it has personality and tells the story/collection of a house much better🌞

Dior doesn't just sell the fantasy. The miniature haute couture dolls in the box take us back to the Théâtre de la Mode, a fund-raising exhibition to help soldiers and to revive the Paris fashion business after the world war 2. It's also imply to right now situation where fashion industry is suffer from COVID-19

One of thee most exquisite presentations of a collection i have ever seen. Those miniatures. The amount of, and attention to the minutiae. The nature scenes, so dreamlike, The lush, gorgeousness of it all. The concepts, and the collection itself is all just so FANTASTIQUE!

Fashion is finally back after a few years of sales oriented business model. Creativity and originality seem to be once again back in the game and the short movie shows how fashion is capable of telling stories, creating cultural value, enlighting craftmanship and emotionally conneccting with audience (because yes, I relate much more with love and beauty expressed trhough mythological creatures rather than an influencer filled front row). Fashion means finally art again. I believe 6/07/2020 will be remembered as the day Mr. Garrone's artistic vision saved fashion (with the crucial help and allowance of Ms. Chiuri).

Im happy that dior is going back to its fantasy aesthetic like what galliano does before. This what makes me interested in fashion after all. Kudos to maria for a wonderful collections.

I am impressed by Matteo Garrone's work here. Visual poetry that really compliments Dior's heritage. Maria Grazia's sophisticated and feminine design was expected. Bravo!

This is the most enchanting film that I have ever seen. I long to see a retelling of the Greek or Roman myths visualised by this story-teller.

Because true fashion, the art of getting dressed, as well as any other art is all about mythology, subconscious, and romanticism. Mythology as the basics, headwaters, and primary source of inspiration. Romanticism as the aspiration to return to the basics. Subconscious as the tool and the subject at the same time. But one may call it all by one name - soul.

Watching this reminds me that life is still beautiful and it will exist forever no matter the coronavirus/es. As long as there is beauty in the hearts of people.

That was gorgeous. I hope they do more like this. Even if I won’t be buying a dress, i think this is such a beautiful display, putting myself almost in their shoes and universe.

The first minute and a half is absolutely stunning- just these women dressed so elegantly making art together in the shop, casually looking over their shoulder to see someone else’s craftsman ship, smiling slightly, and continuing their work. Beautifully shot, such a lovely little image in such dark times.
