in my opinion, these legends like her (and there aren't many) never really know how much they mean to us, until we're buying tickets to see them, and they know better than us, that they are just shadows of their better selves. So, we're buying tickets to basically 'see history'..and NOT the 'voice of all voices'. Dionne is a walking miracle, because there are a few things that've happened to her, that I believed might have done her in, spiritually and/or financially...but she's still hanging around, making money and putting asses in the seats. She was also a smoker, for DECADES. And I can remember thinking, as she smoked thru her better years, "man, if she keeps that up, she'll be outta here, before the gettin gets good"...but she's still hangin around. She's gotta be 80 yrs old, or so...right?..

Agree m8. Loved her music for years. And yeah, age may of taken her vocal a bit but to see someone do what they love doing is a blessing. And at the age of 81 too. 🙏 😁

Even with the body being aged, and the voice not as it once was, the caliber of artist that Dionne Warwick is she can sit in that chair and command that stage with more elegance and grace than anything we see in you artists today. I cannot imagine any contemporary artist currently on the charts that will be able to create a concert experience that can touch people like this at age 81.

So many legends are still performing...Paul Mc Cartney and Diana Ross are both currently touring. While both of their voices are not what they were, there is some musicality and showmanship left. Dionne has absolutely no voice left and should stop while she has a shred of dignity .

About 8.30 i think she came on. There is a support singer. She is known in the west end and is very good. Worth watching. Think she was lead in Sister Act.
