She has more energy in this video than the one she did last month in May 2024. She might have been tired in the May concert because it was in London.

I have seen Dionne twice in concert. One was years ago with Burt Bacharach at Wolftrap. It was one of the best concerts I have ever been to. I met her and Burt afterwards. Years later she was at the NC State Fair for $10. Her vocal range is greatly diminished from smoking and perhaps, age. I heard an interview she did that she said smoking didn’t do anything to her voice?”Why quit?” It clearly does affect her voice. Dionne could once sing high Gs above the staff. I think age aside, if she wouldn’t smoke, a lot of her range would be there. Dionne’s voice was once acrobatic and she never sang her hits the same way twice. Dionne is so much an educated musician, who shortens notes, alters notes, lengthens notes, and it always sounds good. I don’t think she has much money so that is probably why she doesn’t hire backup singers and orchestras. Dionne will go down in history as one of the great female singers of all time.

Nothing will EVER beat the show where she performed that’s What Friends Are For with Stevie Wonder, Whitney & Luther Vandross.. the latter two going full ‘sing-off’ against each other (Luther ‘possibly’ pipping Whitney to the post, but Lord what a glorious experience watching the four Legends in full voice ❤❤

Dionne Warwick believes in staying true to her elderly woman's voice, rather than forcing it because it's in a very rusty state today. It is worth noting that she is 85 years old and still attracts interest. Beautiful effort.

Give her an "A" for effort, but her voice is definitely very rusty, as someone else stated. She does a bare-bones show ... 3-4 musicians, no backup singers, etc. She doesn't have the voice to carry a show solo at this point (without strong backup vocals). I enjoyed watching, nevertheless, and thank you for sharing.

I think at 83 years old, she does a great job performing. There is not many people her age that is willing to continue at her age.

It's amazing to perform at this age, but hee voice is not there anymore. No disrespect to her, she's an icon.

Its good to see her still sharing music . HOWEVER< Her musical producer should have reworked and changed many of the arrangements.Her voice is clearly not the same ...she seems a bit embarrased by it...but her style and phrasing is there ...Vocal range is def limited. Easy fix....Could have brought in back up singers to pull the higher notes and perhaps a couple more friends to offer variety to the standards.

They have lowered the keys for her, and on most nights, she does better than this. I think just an off night. If you look up recent other concert videos, you can see what I'm talking about. She still can definitely pull it out of the bag. Still, this is still much better than lip-synching.

At 83 years, I think it is time for Ms. Dionne Warwick to retire. Her voice sounds weak, rusty, and tired as her tonality and timbre have significantly changed. However- I love Dionne Warwick's classy, unique, once in a life time voice. Lastly- she could decide this by adding some good background singers, an orchestra, and three good guest singers. ."Say A Little Prayer" was my best song Warwick sung.
