I'm in my weightloss medication prescribed by my psychiatrist due to obesity. I'm 30/ single male, I was 115 kg in Dec 23, now currently I'm 104 kg. I don't do any physical activity like yoga, excercise and workouts. I just do cycling for 1 hr every morning and drink tons of water frequently. I don't feel hungry and not having desire towards foods. My appetite is suppressed and I'm positive. But I eat foods on very small portion. My goal is to attaing 85-90 Kgs in upcoming months. May be this worked for me, not sure everyone will get the same result. Anyways thanks and the video content was wonderful and informative. 👍🏻

Its true, na 10 days a 1day ku 1 meal tha eduthan and i take correct protien intake and i totally avoid sugar, carbohydrates. Without any exercise i reduced 3kgs within 10days

@Shambavi-hv3vq Timing la perfect a follow panala. First nenga evlo weight irukungalo avlo gram protiens compulsory eduthukanum. Na morning empty stomach la 1ltr water kudipan. Aprm 1 hr kalichu protein powder irukala adula 2 scoops eduthupan, bcoz food la ennala full protein eduthuka mudila and 8 hrs onuma sapda matan only water matum tha, na 6ltrs water eduthupan aprm evening 6.30pm pola 1cucumber 1carrot and remaining iruka protein foods like chicken or paneer or any items only boiled not oil fryed and compulsory avoid white sugar, brown sugar, honey, and pls avoid carbohydrates even wheat also. And u have to sleep in night atleast 8hrs deep sleep. I followed this and i reduced my weight and i get cleared glowing skin and feel energetic. U can change the timing of food as ur comfort. And take food before 7pm.
