Bro what's between his biceps and triceps 6:09 I have short biceps like him maybe even shorter but there's nothing like that. Maybe his brachioradialis insertion going super high on his humerus and/or a huge brachialis ? What are the tips to work such short biceps ? It's so complicated to put tension in them, I feel like it's the brachioradialis and the tendon that's taking everything... Crazy physique man
So why no fibre? I have a high fibre diet.
If you have money for business trips just eat eat eat and make sure you get 6 hrs of sleep 😴
