Thank you so much for posting this information. I also have Haglund's deformity and my feet pronate out. Any ideas with this? I lose my balance sometimes because of it. I have been using some of the tools you suggest also!

Hello! What about Chemo Induced Peripheral Neuropathy? CIP vs DPN (Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy.)

Did blood work last year and no diabetis. But a couple months ago a starting feeling like a electric schock in the interior side of my left ankle next to the bone. Would this be it?

THANK YOU for all of the tips! The only Rx that I had success with ended up causing ocular hypertension so the doctor stopped it immediately. I also had success working out in a warm therapy pool - regular swimming pool water is too cold and painful. Sadly, the therapy pool closed.

@@DrTomBiernacki I believe I am on the road to recovery - through improving my diet by limiting carbs and increasing my vegetable intake, exercising - I really enjoy the recumbent bike and I found a family doctor who is totally supportive of the keto diet. Last but not least, I found the Michigan Foot Doctors YT channel, which has been absolute gold! Thank you again for helping people - you have a good heart. God bless.

I have neuropathy in my feet but not from diabetes. Mine was caused by having lymph nodes removed during ovarian cancer surgery. Still painful.

Ok I have it pretty bad but really don’t know people often talk about tingling and know feeling in there feet I wish that was the case fire me my feet feels like a really bad sunburn 🥵 the peeling and the pain makes me want to cut my feet off and the inter pain is unbelievable anyways I would like to remedy the pain or cut them off

I have blister on both my toes please help me taking long to ger better Dr I do have sugar

I started having breathing trouble i think it was coming from working in cold box where dairy products are kept i wrnt to dr they have me breathing steroids no caution was told to me and now 5yrs later i have diabetes cataracts asthma why my dr didnt tell me where are you working?? This wont be happening my feet startedthis past summer i got to get on meds i hate thr idea cause meds lead to this im losing hope in medical profession

But if shoes provide the support then this will mean that the muscles etc that should provide the support atrophy & get weaker & weaker. Shoes with support were only invented very recently. Humans have evolved to not need shoes with thick soles & support. It's the wearing of these types of shoes from a very early age that causes sobmany foot problems. This is why bare foot shoes are gaining popularity.
