Hello doc, my husband is taking treatment in mohan diabetic kpm branch since 3 yr he was having neuropathy prob but till now no one has considered or recognised. Recently we went through surgery in his leg.. I request you take this issue on top.

Thank You Dr. I am taking methylcobalmine for numbness in my feet... but no use... Am maintaining sugar levels... but could you please explain the other dietary sources you have mentioned like alphalepolic etc., as Doctors are prescribing only Gabapentin & Pregabalin beside methylcobalmin... Focus on these aspects so that everyone like me need awareness.

Future era of treatment for type2 diabetes n complications is the holistic approach .only .

after being cured of diabetes how long you think for alpha polic acid to improve Peripheral Neuropathy

Dear Dr. Thank you very much for this video. It is really helpful. One general question I had is the following. I have seen some people suggesting that eating more (say 5 or 6) smaller meals a day is better than eating 3 regular meals. They say that larger meals increase glucose (and therefore insulin secretion) more than smaller meals. Smaller quantities of insulin secretion more frequently is better than larger quantities 3 times a day. Is this true, especially in the long term management of diabetes ? Thanks !

Dr Mohan, is it okay to take pregabalin-duloxetine (50/20) for 6 weeks for mild diabetic neuropathy (and possible mild depression) if one is on rasagiline 0.5 mg and pramipexole SR 1 mg for Parkinsons? Is it safe to use this combination of SSRI/SNRI alongwith an MAO-B inhibitor? i.e., in relation to serotonin syndrome? Would really appreciate this information. Thank you.

Sir, I am 48 years old and I got diabetic on February 2023 after when I had Bell's palsy for the second time. I previously had the first Bell's palsy in 2021 and it resolved after treatment and at that time, I didn't had blood sugar. Now, after my second bell's palsy, I got diabetic and I am weighing 97 kg.
