I strongly believe that at Devon’s age and taller height that he would fair better in the 115kg class, I think that he might be too skinny and weak at 105kg compared to the slightly shorter and thicker guys, and at 95kg he’d really be ridiculously skinny and weak compared to the current Irakli! Taller people have to get skinnier to meet the lower weight caps compared with shorter people who can be thicker and stronger at the lower weight caps, this is common sense.

105 is his normal weight, back in 2011 when he was the best in the world at both arms he weighted 105.

You are completely wrong. The other comment also told you in what you wrong. Let me tell you, Devon's natural weight is 240 pounds or 108kg. There is no way he will be too skinny in 105. Devon was 6 time hammer holder at 100 kg. And in his prime he was 108 kg world champ at arm wars rank #1 in the world. Devon will and he is gonna demolish everyone who is the same weight. You will see.

Actually that's not how it works. He will be at those categories, of course he will destroy the competition because no one at the same weight can beat him. And then he will come back to super heavyweight to have some close matches. Devon vs genadi and then maybe Morozov & Vitaly. Devon has a lot in the tank. Don't worry.

Prudnyk on left will be really hard. I guess it will look the same when devon faced tsonev on left last year. Kingsmove battle. Ongerbayev i guess he beat him pretty easy, ongerbayev dont have the finishing power to pin devon 3-4 times. Dadikyan is hard at 105kg. If it was 115kg i would go devon easy 6-0. But 105kg it can be a war.

He lost against Hutching, but it will only improve his level in long term. Don´t forget, that Ongarbaev beat Alex Kurdecha with much less weight in the top 8 matches years ago, and even he lost to Prudnik , he got also a pin.

Levan made Devon quit . He is just playing around in a weight class that guys are half his frame. People need to understand that he retired from the SHW class and he will soon lose all his rankings there. It will be a matter of time before he starts losing in lighter classes as well as he is 50now

You dont know much i see. Only treath for devon and can beat Devon easy is levan. Devon have 3 loses in 5-6 years? And its against levan 2 times and genadi one time in a close match. On right arm. Not many people beats Devon. And no one in lighter classes 100%

Just stating facts it was Devon’s decision to retire from SHW . He didn’t even pull vitally , Morozov , Revaz, kurdecha .. no rematch with genadi either , he just ran away . The matches he won were heavily based on setup leverage tricks and mental gymnastics getting away screaming at referrees and verbally harassing his opponents while they trynna focus . It’s so obvious lol
