    4:05 This Guy. He's interjecting throughout this series of uploads - but somehow it's all about himself as if his own life is of the same significance as the 'VIP' on stage - Devin is very polite not to point this out.

    That's the kind of thing where I point it out afterwards, wait for them to protest, then floor the guy for ruining it for everyone. If the girl pipes up at that point, Sean Connery mode might activate. Equal rights and all. Still, it's one of my pet peeves and some people say that's a bit of an overreaction.

    $5000 for a mix? Lucky you, I mix for money and I only charge about $50-60 per song, so perhaps $500 for an album.

  • @NeedForStorms

    @NeedForStorms

    5 жыл бұрын

    You've definitely got room to up your rate. 200-300/song for a basic mix for a band that's even remotely serious about their sound seems pretty standard.

  • @antiHUMANDesigns

    @antiHUMANDesigns

    5 жыл бұрын

    @@NeedForStorms Yeah, the question is if people can afford to pay that at all, though. A lot of local bands are just young students and such, and they have little money. If I up my price, I might lose all work, instead. But honestly, I'm tens of thousands of dollar in the red, with my studio. :P It's basically a charity.

    The rest of the comments are saying shit about that couple who kept interjecting, and I agree they were irritating. But the thing I found irritating was that everything the guy said was like some kind of internet enlightenment copypaste wank like he hasn't actually had the kind of enlightenment or experiences Devin has had, which he's not talking about to seem deep or clever or interesting, he's just talking about shit that happened, and then there's this guy trying to go like "oh yeah I'm a worldly person too, I'm super down to earth, I'm JUST like you man, I'm a really cool cat." and it's just irritating as fuck to hear cause it's literally copypasted from any number of dumbshit memey locations. I'm sure eventually he'll just be himself and have his own genuinely meaningful reflections on his life and I'm sure this will be one of them. But yeah, fucking annoying lmfao
