Peter Serafinowicz is such a good actor/voice actor. This is one of my favorite games and I had no idea he voiced this character
Fun fact, Macready is voiced by the same actor who played the Sommelier in John Wick 2.
Was that actually a laugh from Jensen at 3:46?

Omg
Love his voice acting that Peter
What if the people who attacked in Dubai were Jensen's clones.
At last MaCready will have his revenge.
That lip sync is truly awful.
Jensen got nice threads is that DLC outfit?
PECK, YOU CHICKEN
so is it actually better to choose challenge?

It actually is. When you challenge him, after a brief build of anger, he will reveal why he hates augs, and will apologize (in his manner though) for being a dickhead. Strong types like him require the exact same approach they use.

Unless you want to end the conversation a bit earlier (and a bit saltier since Macready actually gets a kick out of it), not particularly.

@@Filcayra72 Edit: Misread that, sorry. Yeah, NOT going for the 'Challenge' route is better. From my personal viewpoint, yes. To quote the dialogue from the 'Challenge' option since I had another playthrough on the cards: Jensen: You always this pig-headed, or you just going out of your way on my account? Macready: Miller mentioned that you might be pissed not getting to follow up with the investigation. I told him it wouldn't be a problem. I'm not being pig-headed, mate, I'm following orders. And I get a bit of a kick watching you squirm over it. Jensen: So you're just an asshole? Macready: I thought we established that in Dubai? Now, get out of my face, Jensen, I have work to do. Essentially voiding the ability to see the 'Your Story?' and 'Oman' dialogue options.
Mcgreedy looks like Jensen
I appreciate that the game is edgy enough to talk about this sort of thing but... "Body augmentation goes against Muslim beliefs, they weren't jihadists." Doesn't ingame lore say something like Dubai embraced human augmentation leading to an economic boon, and that the great sanctuary for augmented people was supposed to be in Oman?

Maybe they meant something like it goes against more traditionalist or even radical muslim beliefs, so that Jihadists would not use it. And concerning Dubai, maybe it embraced augmentation for workers (migrant workers that are not always muslim and which that state, just like Quatar recently, likes to employ under questionable conditions). There would be a very topical story here of workers being lured with "free" augmentations that would then make them dependent on their employers. Of course, that's just me trying to make sense of the discrepancy.

There are two sides to Dubai, one which is also in our present real life as well. One is the conservative Muslim world, and the other one, the vanity of Dubai, in terms of people flaunting their riches and Dubai, as in the city itself full of vain architecture. This is mentioned by Singh as well, he says that augmentations were sold as gold, as a way for Dubai's rich to flaunt themselves, and the construction workers were augmented as well.
Saving Singh had no difference... This game story made no sense....
