After taking the "lid off " you do not need to replace it. The inner defuser can be removed or un clipped with a blunt knife, exposing the water path which is the main issue not blocked "jets". It would be good if you ammended your video to to show this simple fix. Which is why Bosch designed the entire soape box to be serviceable.

Hi SV, thank you for your comment, the video was intended to show the causes of problems with the dispenser but there are times when you would have to replace the dispenser top and this video shows how to do that.

Video helped no end and yes I found if you are careful you can remover the inner defuser by unclipping it and gently prising the two pieces apart. Many Thanks.

Excellent one of the best for the hard pressed consumer.

Brilliant, worked for me, although I stripped the dispenser compartment top and cleaned it. It just clips together. Excellent video. 👍🏻

Mine is not adding water into the tab I know the reason but I don’t know how to fix it I used hand wash powder

Why is it that at some time the detergent in my washing machine is not emptying yet when I start running the machine the water outlet comes with form but the detergent not used, and also another problem when I press start the machine delays to start working and spinning and at some point it stucks at some certain minute counting, it's a nikai washing machine

I don't know any reason why you would ever have to buy a new dispenser lid? What it does not show in the video is that once you have removed the lid you can then open it into two halves to clean the inside properly. Just done mine this morning and it is now as new

Hi Clare, thank you for your post and the information which will help other people.

I do have a problem on a Logixx 9. Each time we start a program, the jets start with (1) the pre-washing and then (2) the washing powder but also the middle one for the conditionner (it seems). Hence it fills up above the MAX and takes down the conditionner within the first 2 minutes of the program. I cleaned up and checked and opened up a bit. I cannot see a fault with the dispenser. I also reduced the pressure of the water. It carries on doing the same. Any ideas. Many thanks !

Another possible cause can be pushing the door in to quickly or over filling it as this will cause it to syphon away (check with filling to your normal level and closing in the normal way without starting the machine. if the water goes this is the cause.

Thank you for the tips, nice to have some vocabulary to describe my washer problems!. I have a Bosch Axxis. The water stopped going though the jets, it barely trickles down through the back edge of the dispenser box and ends up in the box's drain hole, not pouring in the actual soap box at all. Also, we only use cold water (just in case it might have any relevance). Any ideas?

Hi Talal Al Hadidi, if the softener is going in straight away then it is usually because you are putting too much in which will cause it to go straight so reduce the amount you are putting in.

Bock washer machine is best we have Samsung I have to replace entire soap dispenser because some of jets was clogged

Quick question i have a Bosch Maxx WFL 1262 and the machine does turn on (ie no lights turn on) I have checked everything other than opening up the machine and testing components. Is there any common problem that this could be ?

I have a Bosch 500 series. my dispenser drawer has no jets. not sure why it is not taking the softener and bleach but it is not stopped up jets. I think it might work with a vaccum somehow

+Robin Sissell If the water is filling quickly from the other compartments and both are active on final rinse the problem is likely to be the dispenser.

Save some money and clean old part with water and compressed air.

Buy soap and conditioner combined tabs,problem solved.

Sorry Bettina but even if you put the detergent straight in the drum you can still get mould building up in the dispenser that can cause smells from bacteria. All water fills through the dispenser so if this stays damp mould will grow. For more information watch this video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/m5qLrZudlpTXl8o.html
