I'm so happy to have collaborated with Syos on a tenor mouthpiece that's just right for me, and have the opportunity to share my experience and hopefully help out saxophonists who are looking to learn more about mouthpieces and how the right piece can transform their sound!
Saxophone mouthpieces are highly personal and it's important to try multiple mouthpieces out before you land on the one that feels best for the setup you currently have. I think the mouthpiece is the most important part of your sound, aside from practice (of course). It took me a while to find what works best for me on tenor saxophone. I've been watching all of these SYOS videos. The men all sound like idiots and don't tell you the model name or give any info for the opening, chamber, etc. This was very detailed and great information! Thanks.

Thanks for the recommendation for my alto! I use the Parthenope #8* with a #3 reed which is perfect. I am no longer blowing away my vocalists when I play alto. You sound great on tenor!

I was just thinking about how important comfort is when it comes to sax and Reed! I feel that at a high comfort level I am able to make the difference in anything I want to play. By the way great tenor sound.
I have ordered „your“ Syos signature mouthpiece last week. I am very excited to test in a few days 🎷😎
