I have this paper but didn’t try it yet because I heard some artist say that it wasn’t really great for colored pencils. After seeing this demonstration by you, I think I’ll give it a go! Thank you! Look forward to seeing a more in-depth review!

Glad it was helpful. I am looking forward to doing more intensive tests. I was concerned but I all depends upon techniques you use too. Paper is very personal so definitely give it a go and see how you like it.

Oh thank you. Yes I am used to using the strathmore artagain paper so this was an interesting change and it’s such a Deeper black too. Looking forward to the rest of my findings
Great review. The drawings I have been studying lately is on black paper so this review is just in time before I make my order. I now think I'll check into the small set of Derwints lightfast pencil set as well. I especially liked how the white really stood out on the black paper.

Awe thanks Steve. Timing is everything. So glad it was helpful. Can’t wait to do more testing to get a good in depth review on both products. I was quite surprised by the white. It really is a very good white.
