You can insert a lot of different strikes and takedowns from this drill. I’ve seen it where some Jiu-Jitsu guys start off with hubud and then find positions for a takedown.

We've also seen people mix in other techniques from other styles during this flow. It can be grafted on to any other martial art. Striking or grappling.

Great to see you incorporating your Hapkido experience into this flow. Interesting to see all the different types of locks. We also do the same thing incorporating dumog and Silat.

More to come! Whether people love it or hate it, the drill keeps you moving without locking up and using dead energy. It's just a drill, but helps with reaction and keeping you loose without locking up.
