Spanish who ruled long times in Philippines, they prohibited the Filipino Martial Arts because big percentage they failed their bad operation to the Filipino in the past if Filipinos use their Kind of martial arts the KALI . That's why Filipino Martial Arts is so Effective against bad guys. Thank you sir for your effort teaching this Filipino martial arts to us. God bless you

Good stuff guys... having been a Philippine martial arts practitioner for the last 26 years... I would never grapple somebody with a stick... I would abaniko every part of the body that my stick could make contact with breaking everything that I hit... But I would never grapple somebody with my stick.

If BJJ is so cool, then why are they learning kali? This question is raised to those BJJ fanbois who looked down on Kali. Judo, and its derivative arts complements kali and vice versa.
