Hi Nida, first of all congratulations on your pregnancy. Regarding your query, I suggest you go for RCT (emergency access opening) and proceed with completing RCT after delivery. If RCT is not possible given the condition of the tooth, then extraction can be done. Also, Paracetamol is relatively safe in pregnancy. You can go with it after consulting your physician. @Angel bird no I didn't went.I went after two months of delivery when covid situation was much better..At 8th month i was scared of mishappening because dentist gives you medicine as well. And taking medicines of orher problems should be avoided.

And regarding your other query, yes if you get permanent / fixed teeth done, you can maintain them just like your natural teeth i.e., brushing twice daily, gargling after eating any food etc. No special maintenance required Supriya, best wishes.
