Such an important topic
Good information! I have a composite question outside that topic, please. My husband is a US citizen and our case have been Documentarily Qualified by NVC one week ago, I am pregnant waiting a baby by last week of September. What happens if my consular interview is before my baby is born, would we have a way how to get an immigrant visa for him, could the baby travel with his Canadian passport instead of an immigrant visa?
Is it legal to get married on an ESTA visa in the usa and then leave again?
If I want to do consular processing. Is it a bad idea to get married on an ESTA, go home and then start consular processing there?
