That cop is definitely power tripping. “Criminal” “Fraud” “Attempted Theft” dude it’s a damn prank. Cops like him are a serious problem. I wouldn't blame the cop as much as I blame the person who called the cops. If the cops were called 3 or 4 times, that's a huge waste of their time which could take away from someone in need, so if I got 3 or 4 calls to some kids I'd probably be hard on them too
