That Judge was one of the most patient and understanding men I've ever seen. He knows that hussling in a pizza delivery job, living off tips is a tough trade and gave the young man a break. Very heartwarming!

As a pizza delivery guy named Jon I can relate to this dude, I've run a few red lights myself. Thankful to see the judge acting like a decent human being and realizing that people just make some mistakes sometimes, it's obvious to see the delivery drivers got no ill intentions at all.

Seriously! I drove for 4 years for a private delivery company and I'd often see my co-workers absolutely screaming through downtown not even considering traffic lights or stop signs. Every single day at the office there'd be a couple people complaining that they got tickets. I never got a ticket, why waste a day's pay on a ticket? Why get in an accident or run someone over for a tip? Crazy people man

this particular judge is often has humorous clips and gives as many opportunity for them to reduce the sentence. definitely the kind of judge that its better to be as honest and doesn't pull any bullshit move

This judge has to be one of the coolest, most laid back, understanding guys ever. And he has a big, big heart of gold.

I would say he does judge. but he judges righteously with right judgment. in each case there was no other vehicle even moving in or near the intersection. we've all probaly blown a yellow/red light or two.

Can we get more judges like this. Nobody got hurt so thank god and just actually has compassion for people and understanding why he did what he did

I watch this to cheer myself up, works every time, the pizza guy, the judge, warms me man warms me.....

worse than that, that money goes to the company. The dude probably only makes hourly or commission, and half of the time, customers don't tip. @@wozing I dunno dude, I come from a country where tipping is not the norm and it seems weird as hell to me how America works. Tipping isn't expected or required because all staff, from bar tenders to delivery drivers, are paid a decent minimum wage so they aren't reliant on the generosity of strangers to live. My personal opinion is that if the owner can't afford to pay their staff a decent wage, they shouldn't be in business as it's clearly not profitable. If they can afford to and choose not to, they're scum bags and don't deserve your custom. Either way it's the business owner's responsibility to ensure the staff are paid a fair wage for a fair day's work.

@Jo Olivier you're just making assumptions. That's very unlikely to happen anyway. What you expected him to lock him up for passing a red light? I don't think thats a good idea. Most of the people that pass red lights is because it turned red right before they were about to pass, they're in a rush and it's low traffic. I think there's alot of serious crimes to worry about. This isn't one of them.

I've been watching this Judge for years. He is by far the best Judge. He deserves to be on that seat.

The kid was just being straight with the judge...and you can tell the judge appreciated it. No excuses, no BS ( that we know of ) just being genuine...it goes a long way....more people should try it.

@@emoure77 I only got one speeding ticket in my life and it was supposed to be 275 (in Alabama).. But after appearing in court I had to pay 435 with court fees... Cop that gave ticket said I was going 9 mile over the limit but in the ticket it was written 19.. Pure scammers..

Unfortunately he will probably be seen as a bad judge, the 'good' ones are those who try everything they can to ruin your life without ever trying to know you or understand then somehow be able to sleep at night

That's it, they need to be tough enough, I'm glad he didn't just throw out the punishment, but helped him with it & asked him just a couple personal q's & jokes, but not excessively strict for small crimes

As someone who delivered pizza for years myself this was heartwarming. Delivery people don't make much but he was willing to offer everything to pay off his fines. Guy seemed really cool and I'm honestly happy to see him get a break.

I love how no one ridiculed him, or belittled him, or made fun of him, or insulted him. In fact, they praised him and called him the “Michael Jordan of pizza delivery guys!” I don’t know who made this or where it came from but we need more stuff like this.

I was going to say the same, they've got to stern/ tough enough, but not to strict that they punish/ beat the people up excessively for the crime, they're like society's parents

Dudes voice was cracking when the judge told him only $20 a week instead of the $50 he knew he probably was going to have to stretch for… I’ve been there man. Sometimes we just need a break. All heart. Love this judge.

@Goettschwan 15 red lights if I heard correctly.. 200k was a bit too high though :D depending on where in Europe you could pay a few 100s or 1000s € but certainly not 200k :D Your driving license would be gone for a "while" too

I like this judge, he is hilarious. He believes in trying to help people, he knows it’s rough out there.

This is the most honourable and sincere and respectful person I have ever seen in the judiciary in any country! He can be very proud of his exemplary leadership of the community! Every courthouse could do with a level headed good man such as this gentleman! I applaud your every effort sir!!!
