    It is late though. Yes, please keep running this Japanese cooking teaching material. If last year was for preparing, this year(1/24/24) will be for realizing.

    I am always deeply envious of Japanese cookware. Particularly the skillet or pan you used to make the first batch of egg. I've rarely been able to get that texture and ease of movement in anything omelette related I've tried doing in nonstick cookware.

    All of these recipes look so delicious, but I think my favorite part was the new sauces you developed! The sauce with apple & the new teriyaki sauce are so versatile I want to try them on everything! Thank you!💖

    Thanks for teaching skewered pork and onion. This batter was easy for me to memorize. Being together with Tamagoyaki, sausage and Simple broccoli and crab meat salad are waiting me! The sauce contain mayonnaise, sugar and soysauce turned out really mine. The moment you teach! Not only rolled rice I should try square shaped rice too. 💛🧸 🍳

    Wow, Sayaka, all four sounds delicious! I understand all the cooking, but I have never made egg salad with wasabi, will try. Also never made quick dry curry like you do, only Indian dry curries which normally takes a long time and scraping to make. With the pepper beef i can imagine using more ground black pepper as well as small pieces of apple in addition to the grated apple in the sauce, can also be made with fresh pork, apple goes well with pork. But then they become more like main dishes, not bento boxes. As always, many useful tips and alternatives. Your channel is getting hot! Arigato! And Happy New Year! (We celebrate here with ikura, lemon and sour cream crackers and traditional Romanian xmas food, and some bubbly wine).

    Hi. Thank you for sharing. Do you heat these bowls in microwave before eating. Or do you eat them cold?

  • @JapaneseCookingChannel

    @JapaneseCookingChannel

    Thank you for watching it! We usually eat them cold (room temperature). Japanese people are accustomed to eating cold rice, and many find it delicious 😁 If you use a microwaveable bento box, you can heat it before eating.
