That is how my grandmother made her fudge and some times whole powder milk I can taste it in my mouth as I watch you making this we used to help her stirring lots of work but it worth it when eating it so tasty, thank you 🇨🇦

Keep heat on low and stir continuously besides boiling over it can burn at the bottom so you need to stir it.

She already said add sugar if you want a hard fudge but it becomes too sweet.

Do not use vanilla extract. Let it be a natural milk flavour. It's much better.
