Thank you Lorna!🥰 One of the reasons I was determined to learn how to make it was because of my Grandma ❤️ thank you for watching, and sharing your memory🤗
You deserve that whole piece!! Shoot, you deserve the whole pan!! That was a lot of work!!! It looks delicious!! My mouth is watering especially when you stated the longer it sits, the creamier it gets, YUM! I miss the days of learning how to cook and bake from my grandmother and my great- grandmother ( she was from Italy) . I would do anything to go back there again! God Bless. Enjoy that whole delicious piece of fudge! 😉

I love your instructions. You share your knowledge passed down with such ease. You have obviously came from great women. You and your daughter have such natural beautiful inside and out. Your daughter is very lucky. If this is what you share with women you have no obligations to just the love you have for your craft, I could only imagine tools you have handed down to her. You are a dying breed we need to revive in this great country who is victim to purposeful dumbing down of knowledge, community, morals, family structure, and bonds. I hope this encourages women without direction to lead by example giving a hand up.. You have a new subscriber from New Jersey!

Nice…Greetings back Joona! I love seeing winter pics of Finland..so beautiful! Thanks for watching! 😊
Wow! I just finished my first batch and it is fantastic! I followed your directions exactly except I added 1/4 teaspoon salt because I like salty fudge. My 16" x 20" marble slab was just big enough. It took 9 minutes "creaming" before it lost its gloss, and then I had to work fast because it set up in another 30 seconds! So delicious! I used a 9" square pan lined with parchment paper. I can't wait until tomorrow to see how creamy this will get! Thanks a million for the great recipe and your great instructions!

Yeah!!!!WHITE FUDGE💕💕💜💕💕 Remember grade school and bringing Grandma Hazel’s fudge. All the teachers would want to buy it before you went to each class and stand with your baked goods. Well if you had anything left that the teachers didn’t buy. All the kids would buy it at the first room you went to. So you have already sold all of your fudge. Then when you get back to your room after you went to about (6) different classrooms you would be smiling and then look over and see a couple of kids having most of there (so called fudge) still in the container they brought it in!!!!😩😩🙃🙃😂🤣 “MEMORIES”💕💜💕

Thank you! I saw her do it many times. She always put ice in the water to make sure it was good and cold. Then let me eat the testers..lol my favorite part 😄
Thank you for the great video. I can't wait to try this recipe. I want to get a marble board to use. For this recipe, what do you recommend as the smallest size marble board that would work well? Possibly a round one? Thanks again!

I’m not sure if you could find a round one big enough…I’m not at home, but I’ll surf through the comments for the size of mine. I’ve been asked before somewhere..lol

My gosh! All that work. And it’s just a small little block size. 🤦♀️ I would eat that in 5 min. It looks absolutely divine!!

It’s rich, and a little piece is satisfying…however if you’re like me, it’s hard to walk away from just one!🥴lol

I use different ones..I like to buy what’s on sale.. but if I had my pick..it would be land of lakes..I got a bunch from Kroger when was on sale, and put in my freezer 🤗
so everyones pans are different, so what temperature should you cool it down to in the pan?

I would allow mine to cool for 55 minutes in the pan..just make sure it’s a good heavy bottom pan..and you should be fine 😊 thank you
Please could you mention the butter in grams bcos in my part of the world we do not have stick butter. Instead we got 100/200 grams butter packs.

Can you add peantbutter to coco fudge it's like a serial in the fudge. Or Carmel in fudge how or when do you add these ingerendant?

Hey Shiela! You could add cereal if you wanted…I’d just be careful not to add any that is super sweet though…as far as the caramel..I personally would not because it would make it overly sweet and perhaps change the consistency…🙂
I'm 57 and my mother told me that grandmamma would get so tickled telling her how I wanted to learn the old fashioned way of cooking.

I still use my mother’s old pressure cooker for fudge as she did. We always had nuts so all the sugar wouldn’t be so unhealthy! Nuts on cakes , in brownies and cookies.

My grandma always put black walnuts in hers too, unless someone requested otherwise. It does help cut the sweet. Those old pressure cookers are the best! Thanks for watching! 😊😊
What is the capacity of the pan you use? I think mine may be smaller than yours and it may boil over.
