If you have pork meat, then you can prepare this recipe, tastier than in a restaurant. My family always asks to make more. After all, this is a very tasty dinner or dish for a festive table. The garlic and cheese filling goes perfectly with the meat. This recipe always gets a lot of compliments from my guests. It looks impressive and very tasty.

Ingredients and preparation:
1 kg (4 lb) pork loin.
Salt to taste.
Pepper to taste.
200 g (1/2 lb) cream cheese.
2-3 cloves of garlic.
Bunch of parsley (or dill).
10 strips bacon.
1 kg (4 lb) potatoes.
1 tsp turmeric.
1 tsp Italian greens.
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dry garlic.
2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil.
Teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds.

They probably would be better baked on top of a rack than on top of potato wedges so the bacon is not wimpy. I also think they would taste even better if filled with ricotta & Parm rather than cream cheese.

Potatoes were sitting in liquid. Why didnt you cook the meat seperately? Bacan was flabby on the bottom side. Sorry but its not an appetizing looking recipe.
Don't care HOW crispy the bacon on the top looks, I wouldn't ever eat the soggy bacon on the bottom!
