I made the appetizer. It was not as pretty as his. I had a doubt that the bacon is cooked long enough in the time for the dough bakes. The bacon was hot so it probably wasn't raw. It was delicious but if I make it again, instead of raw bacon, I will use thin sliced cooked ham.
Do a halal version! With turkey perhaps
