I would like to add a few suggestions. I live in Malleshwaram and your three wheeler is parked very close to my house. Put up a board after you Cloe the business at 9.00am giving the timings of your business, and what are available with you for sale with rates. Further as there are several schools and colleges around the place like MES College MES Kishore Kendra Cluny convent etc to name a few you can also start selling your idlis from 12.00 AM to 3.00 PM so that students can have hygienic and affordable food. As you are new here you can distribute pamphlets in this area about your presence in this area You may also increase the items and offer good coffee and tea at affordable

No, as of now it's from 6 AM to 9 AM in morning

I had them recently and they are very good. The idlies are very soft . However i doubt if too much baking soda is used to make such soft idlies ? If yes then how can you say it is 100% healthy?

Definitely without soda the idli will not be soft. So only at home the idli will not be that soft because our parents don't use baking soda. So it's commonsense that they can't make business without adding soda for their foods. Only home food is 100% healthy.

The size is pretty good for 10 rupees is what we feel.. How about the taste ?

Owner ll not be in the stall... Other people ll be ther.... They can give wrong numbers about the cash... How they r managing it...
