Today I visited this Idli Guru. This Idli is very soft and tasty and chutney is also good. nice

There are idli guru points in many locations of Bangalore. One is in HSR layout also. It is difficult eat there because of long queues and dusty outside. Also the chutney is very very spicy. Even with ghee it is difficult to eat. But we buy the idli batter sometimes. The idlis come out well, though it takes longer (about 25 minutes) to steam them than my home made batter which takes about 12 to 15 minutes. But they are just as soft as our home made idlis.

Unhealthy idlies being prepared on TEFLON coated idli Moulds, for the sales person, non-stick is easy to remove the idlis but long run harmful to health. Second using synthetic plates thereby polluting the environment.

Many hotels use clothes while steaming Idlies. Synthetic plates have comein around 2 yrs back which is harmful

Please use Plantain Leafs / Areca nut Plates/ donne leaf cups. since the plastic or foam plates will end up in landfill and pollution. And you may please transfer the extra cost on the customers

They dont use plastic plates but use sugarcane waste as plates. And after they finish their business they clean the footpath also.

What's the recipe of their idli ? Contains yeast ? Idlis can't be so soft with only Fenugreek, it can be spongy but not soft like this. Kindly, clarify.

I am from uthahrahalli when I ordered for 8 idlies for parcel they have packed with 2spoons of ghee if I asked for parcel sake we will give this much purchased at Vishal Mart uthahrahalli main road i am the first person on that day so I didn't orgue the matter if they have not mentioned one iddli one spoon ghee iwould not bother about the matter so need instructions to the whomso ever it may concern but product is good

We are trying to contact with the founder of idly guru but the number what mentioned in discription no one responding to us so kindly can you arrange the contact with M D of idly guru.

Tasted Idlies at Idly Guru but it is not as good as tatte idly which we get in bidadi. Idlies were half baked here.

It's not now they are charging15 rupees and for butter 5 rs extra

Been there but little disappointed..😞 Place was not so clean. They didn't add any ghee and idli was not hot.. Other places for 15 rs the quantity of the idli will be very good when we compare to it..

we had idlies in Basaveshwarngar Outlet, Idlies are not worth ...Its just a size of a set dosa..very airy and soft...You will have to eat 4-5 idlies to fill your tummy.

Hot idli in a plastic box. No way..

Plastic tray, plastic plate n plastic gloves and hot idlies....huhhhh

Using plastic for baking idle.. Its not good for health..
