As a percussionist I can assure you it isn't easy ..

Very underrated,excellent drummer and gets no slower with age,i’d be fukin collapsing after playing just 1 song

@Andrew Hollingshead Thats not what he meant at all, I agree with you one hundred percent, and I think everyone does, but what he meant is that Steve can keep the tempo stable even without using a click track, which can be quite hard especially when playing fast.

Fantastic, I was in one the supportbands on the ten first days of this tour (End Of The World Tour), brilliant to be able to watch these guys every night, hanging out with them, super cool people, Deicide is one of the most impressive bands live, insane performance every time!

I love the consistency of his snare . The blast beats are louder almost then regular strokes. Something you don't see often today

it's not that his blasts are even actually that loud, he has reduced the volume of his regular strokes to that of the blast beats, no rimshots etc.. pretty clever

Really enjoyable and aggressive drum playing style…his drums and the Deicide riffs combine in a way that is uniquely brutal and vicious and mean spirited in a way that is beautiful.

Wow, I could always hear Steve is amazing, but I've never watched him before now. You can rally see how every little thing he does is a precise and needed move that ties the band together. A real talent to have.
