I will explain to a customer as to WHY they are wrong but I say it a bit kinder. That defendant is an entitled snotty grown baby with narcissistic tendencies. A brat. A customer who insists they are right ARE IN DEED USUALLY WRONG. It’s the idiot who came up with ‘the customer is always right’ had no brain. Just b/c you had a problem with T•Mobile that went to the top doesn’t honestly mean anything. There’s no detail stating the issue b/c your problem could have been unique enough that it couldn’t be handled below that. She wasn’t saying everyone who says their right are usually wrong in the context you read it as. A customer can say they are right about a connection & billing problem with the cell phone company. They are having problems getting their cell phone to call out for example but the bill states they owe $500 for long distance calls. So the customer says ‘I know I’m right b/c I can’t get anyone when I call them, so why am I charged for calls that didn’t go through?!?!’ The customer is WRONG b/c the calls all went through & the person repeatedly answered that they wanted to talk to. However, the volume was turned down so low, they never heard the other person saying ‘hello hello’ all those times. Then you have the AHOLES who say they are right, but by default. The menu didn’t say that option was for only dinner not anytime of the day. This happened to my husband the other day. The Chinese food place in town changed when they wanted the General Tao’s chicken b/c the old menu had two. Under lunch & dinner. They modified the menu & it implied it was still an ‘anytime’ but wasn’t listed as a dinner only’ option. He was right when he insisted on getting that meal when he wanted it due to an error.

I don’t know which position is worse: waiting for someone to Cashapp you $39 because you do have it or not being able to refund $39 because you don’t have it. What a tough situation to be in

Omg 😳 It is VERY important to invest in financial literacy, people. If you need someone to send you $39 for a hair service, I recommend buying a wavy wig & alternating between that and your regular hair for at two months until you’re in a better financial situation. That wig should only be making appearances at job interviews until then. I think everyone deserves to look & feel good, but we HAVE TO prioritize & live within our means. I’m exhausted.

They tried to help her but she wanted to walk around town looking for change and be homeless. It’s not always for lack of money or even help. Regardless, if you’re paying to get your hair done at all you’re not struggling as much as you think.

Worked in customer service for 7 years but rolls her eyes at the judge around 9:45 into the case & wont shut her mouth long enough for the judge to ask a question. Plus she doesn’t know how to tell a story either, she’s all over the place. Customer isn’t always right. She’s acting like a bratty teenager.

Both my sisters own salons and you would be surprised how many people pull the "pay you tomorrow scam." They mention that they don't have any money halfway through or at the end of the service. Never to return. So now it cash before delivery or they ask if the have the money to pay for the service before they start. These two are drama queens in the hood.

Many hairdressers make people pay deposits. I know lots of braided hairstyles can cost up to £200. I do not know of anyone who would get their hair done (which can take hours) and then not pay a stylist.

Usually when it involves a contractor, they're the ones who are getting sued for bad work and she points out her family being contractors as a way of saying she knows what's what in terms of their bad work. She doesn't just side with contractors.

The plaintiff was in the wrong for not having the money when the defendant came to her house. All she had to do was take the wig when she went on the Sunday. She acted totally unreasonably after that. The defendant didn't have to give her a refund. The only bit I don't understand is that the defendant said she would have to wait until she had another client. Didn't she have the 39 dollars from the plaintiff in her cash app? Why didn't she just cash app that back to shut the plaintiff up? Such a shame to ruin a friendship over something so trivial.
