Here at Showalter's we want you to know the facts about how we do Custom Deer Processing. When it comes to Steaks, Roasts, Burger, & break-fast sausage, we keep your deer as your meat. We tag the deer when it is unloaded from your vehicle and it is kept as your venison all the way thru cooler prep, processing, and freezing.
BUT, when it comes to our specialty items, we do those in LARGER BATCHES so it will not necessarily be your own deer coming back at that point. Let me list all the items we do in large batches and do not keep people's meat seperate:

This batch system is really good for another reason. If we have a batch of whatever you want to order, already made when you drop off your de-boned meat you can just exchange it and pay your processing cost and be on the way home with your product.
