Sir I just want to say your videos have been very informative and I just downloaded the beef sheets. I live in Cincinnati ohio. Will I be able to come down there and purchase a half a beef? Or do I have to live within the city area

Hi there! You certainly can order from Cincinnati... we have people driving in from Atlanta, Detroit &, NYC to get our sides of beef. You are certainly welcome!

California badly needs a integrated operation like this. Quite a shortage of farm butchers here. May I ask, with all that blonde hair, the nice shirts and good order, is this a Amish operation? Wish I lived nearer!

Thank you for asking about our faith. We are technically not Amish, but since we seek to be Bible living Christians, we have lots of shared convictions and practices with Amish & Mennonites.
