I'm watching AND LOVING IT IN 2024 ! Blackmore is excellent. I play the electric guitar. I have since 1966. During "The British Invasion" we were all forming garage bands. It was common. Everyone was in or knew of a band and its members. My mother bought me my first guitar and the musical journey began. Because I was good at sports I didn't make music a priority. I still exercise daily doing my own routine about 60 to 90 minutes daily outdoors No matter the weather I go out. But my love of music has seemed to grow. I was always a fan of a blues guitarist who had a cult following. A friend of a friend was always a Blackmore fan and I was always aware of Blackmore. Through the live videos available on KZread I've come to appreciate Blackmore and I am now a fan of his. Deep Purple was great and our music seems better than ever (especially when compared to WHAT'S BEING PRODUCED TODAY). I'm so grateful my mother bought me that guitar and I'm also grateful for the availability of excellent videos of the superstars of our day. He is fantastic !

No, definitely not a time in music like this. Everyone says all generations feel this way.... Well, that's fine but I'm still glad I was young in the 70's, with 60s music still around & 80's yet to come. What a time to be alive .. I wouldn't want to be young now for a gold clock.

hace 50 años, sin efectos especiales, puro talento, energia, dedicacion, con equipos sencillos pero bien manejados, la guitarra pareciera que habla, los teclados excelentes, el bajo le pone tono, la bateria es oportuna y la voz bien equilibrada, combinadas estas fortalezas hacen esta excelente musica, no es heavy metal como algunos la califican.....al dia de hoy sigo oyendo y estudiando a Deep Purple y otros grupos britanicos que aun estan trabajando.....esta musica fue hecha para el futuro que aun no ha llegado.....

Пёрпл,на мой взгляд,единственная группа,которые концертные выступления делали лучше чем в студии!!!! Это нонсенс! Все великие писались в студиях с восьмых дублей и более,чтобы хоть как то выглядеть по приличней на альбоме. Эти ребят фигачили концерты с листа,на чистой импровизации и они удавались ещё лучше чем в студии!!! Это высший пилотаж ребята!!!!!!!!!

Deep purple and Jethro Tull Are 2 of the best bands of all time That's the music I grew up on, that's the music I still listen to. because it's better than anything that's come out in the last 20 or 30 years. There's other great bands as well, but they're all from back in that time period... Moody blues, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin. CCR. Grand Funk. When you start naming the greatest bands, they all seem to come from back in the late sixties through the seventies. That was the greatest time period for rock and roll ever.

Watch the sparks flying on that stage! OMG, what I wouldn't do to be able to go back and see that live. Damn. The ending was the best part. Ian and Ritchie were on another level feeding off each other like piranhas. Loved it!!

I'm watching AND LOVING IT IN 2024 ! Blackmore is excellent. I play the electric guitar. I have since 1966. During "The British Invasion" we were all forming garage bands. It was common. Everyone was in or knew of a band and its members. My mother bought me my first guitar and the musical journey began. Because I was good at sports I didn't make music a priority. I still exercise daily doing my own routine about 60 to 90 minutes daily outdoors No matter the weather I go out. But my love of music has seemed to grow. I was always a fan of a blues guitarist who had a cult following. A friend of a friend was always a Blackmore fan and I was always aware of Blackmore. Through the live videos available on KZread I've come to appreciate Blackmore and I am now a fan of his. Deep Purple was great and our music seems better than ever (especially when compared to WHAT'S BEING PRODUCED TODAY). I'm so grateful my mother bought me that guitar and I'm also grateful for the availability of excellent videos of the superstars of our day. He is fantastic !

No, definitely not a time in music like this. Everyone says all generations feel this way.... Well, that's fine but I'm still glad I was young in the 70's, with 60s music still around & 80's yet to come. What a time to be alive .. I wouldn't want to be young now for a gold clock.

hace 50 años, sin efectos especiales, puro talento, energia, dedicacion, con equipos sencillos pero bien manejados, la guitarra pareciera que habla, los teclados excelentes, el bajo le pone tono, la bateria es oportuna y la voz bien equilibrada, combinadas estas fortalezas hacen esta excelente musica, no es heavy metal como algunos la califican.....al dia de hoy sigo oyendo y estudiando a Deep Purple y otros grupos britanicos que aun estan trabajando.....esta musica fue hecha para el futuro que aun no ha llegado.....

Пёрпл,на мой взгляд,единственная группа,которые концертные выступления делали лучше чем в студии!!!! Это нонсенс! Все великие писались в студиях с восьмых дублей и более,чтобы хоть как то выглядеть по приличней на альбоме. Эти ребят фигачили концерты с листа,на чистой импровизации и они удавались ещё лучше чем в студии!!! Это высший пилотаж ребята!!!!!!!!!

Deep purple and Jethro Tull Are 2 of the best bands of all time That's the music I grew up on, that's the music I still listen to. because it's better than anything that's come out in the last 20 or 30 years. There's other great bands as well, but they're all from back in that time period... Moody blues, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin. CCR. Grand Funk. When you start naming the greatest bands, they all seem to come from back in the late sixties through the seventies. That was the greatest time period for rock and roll ever.

@@izzacckgalveston5331 Dude, when I was in high school. GFR is all I ever listened to. Beside Led Zepplin and Deep Purple. I played Grand Funk " Live" so much, my parents got pissed at me. It was fun to live through the breaking out years of heavy metal.

Watch the sparks flying on that stage! OMG, what I wouldn't do to be able to go back and see that live. Damn. The ending was the best part. Ian and Ritchie were on another level feeding off each other like piranhas. Loved it!!
