I'm guessing the Board of Health shut this place down. This team had their work cut out for them. Outstanding job!

Someone's local Health Department has much to answer-for. Around here they have to physically inspect every 6-months. I feel pain for the poor floor drains. Obviously no grease traps were harmed in the cleaning.

Nice job. But a little selfish not telling what are you using to remove the grease. People outside your country can benefit too✌️

What product do you use to get rid of grease and carbon buildup?

Depends how bad and what type of surface the buildup is on. Stove-Tops and inside the Stove elements and the brackets that hold the removable stove tops can be cleaned with oven off, ws-40, boiling water, degreaser, chisels, sturdy paint scrapers, etc. Just be careful when mixing chemicals and also when introducing fire after. Make sure you fully wipe down and clean most of the chemicals off after. Also never clean or scrape kitchen appliances with food nearby. Little pieces of burnt food(carbon) can go flying.

Disrespectful... not providing a list of the chemicals used to clean this restaurant. I will not be subscribing, nor finish watching the video
