It feels great to get rid of stuff we don’t need but it’s a rough journey 😜😜😜

Command hooks are very useful to hang wash bags, towels and coats. If an item has been in the van unused for a year time to remove it. Unless the items are emergency spares.

Yes we used to be massive fans of command hooks until we tried to remove them from a van in prep for sale. Big mistake as they ruined some of the laminated surfaces. We would be VERY careful if we were to use them again. Minimalising our life is going to be an excellent journey. So much helpful advice coming through here 👍😀😎

It looks like you don't have too much to worry about with clutter in the van. I should think you are in the UK by now, it must be a bit of a shock with the cold weather 😮 you've missed most of the winter so a great achievement I say. 😊 👍👍👍👍👍

Haha yes you may be right about the van clutter but literally have a “boat load” of stuff we really don’t need! Yep, back in the uk and although it is cold, at least there is sunshine and mostly clear blue sky 👍😀😎 For now….

I did wonder where you put everything In a smaller van .Its a nice feeling to be organised so worth doing . We are continually downsizing with all our stuff. Being away for three months makes us realise how much stuff we have at the boat that we just don’t need. (Boat included). Hope you’re well ❤️❤️❤️

Hi Steve and Wendy. I’m constantly trying to be minimalistic in our 6m van, always rejigging cupboards swapping stuff in and out! We had 5 weeks in our van Feb/March and now we are home I wish we’d stayed out longer😥 in Spain and Portugal. Think I’ve lost my appetite for booking sites in the UK at the moment. Good luck with the decluttering it does feel nice when you have less🙂. ATB Ruth

Thanks Ruth. Yes it great to get the declutter right 😀 We find it very difficult but we just keep doing our best and see how we go. Yes we are just back in the UK and already booked out next channel tunnel crossing. I think it’s 94 days away 👍😀😎 In my utopian mind I see a new labour government taking us back into the EU starting with freedom of movement 😜 I can dream!…

Wash with water only. Maybe shampoo once a month. Plenty of brushing morning and evening. That’s about it.

You could consider demonstrating AGI Greens .So many nutrients in one drink .Would love to know of it works Love S x
