Traveling is BACK and we're going Full Time Motohome Living

As we prepare for full time motorhome life we are preparing our boat and getting ready to sell loads of stuff at the carboot sale on Sunday. This is all part of our full time motorhome life downsizing and minimalist life as we take to the road once again on our travels around the UK and Europe.
We're painting the boat in anticipation for the next chapter in its life and making sure Beatrix is "ship shape and Bristol fashion" as they say.
There is so much to do and get finished that we are now getting concerned that it'll all get too much for us an die won't have time to finish the jobs we want to do before we go off on the Full Time Vanlife trip to Sweden at the end of June 2024.
Have you ever considered full time van life or are currently trying to downsize? It's a real challenge when you've built up so much stuff over decades and feel the emotional attachment to all sorts of stuff you don't actually need.

Yes lots of plans indeed. Things do get in the way though. Had to replace the started battery on the boat, £135 - Then when I did that the boat alternator went POP! so that's another £200... Oh well, the boat will soon be a closed chapter of our crazy life and we can continue to enjoy the motorhome adventures :)

Just found your cannel hope to start in order to watch I found it a lot easier to have the contents transferred to an external hard drive then have hard drives removed from old laptops Blessings & safe travels

Good luck with the car boot Steve I must admit I think you both were happier on the move living in the motor home you’ve given the boat ago which I’m sure you have liked and had a great experience I’m glad for you guys exciting future

Thanks Martin, yes the boat has been an experience. The boot sale went very well and we sold almost everything. We really are looking forward to getting back to full time motorhome life 😀👍😎

Oooh how exciting all change. Yeah hate all the hassle of offloading stuff and selling stuff ❤. It’ll all be worth it in the end. We are off June round Australia can’t wait. 🎉❤. Love it ❤

I think if you go full time you need a commanche then use your bus pass lol. Or taxes to go shopping or even hire a car now and then ?

Too true ! The pandemic and lockdowns had a lot to do with it. It’s pretty obvious though that we’re happier living the van life. Back to full time van life is on the way 😀
