Wow! How amazing to see you all. I checked every day to see if you had made a new vlog but somehow this one, put up 2 weeks ago, slipped through my checking net. On your many travels I’m sure you were so occupied with the sights and sounds on your journeys that the curtailing of travel and the change in lifestyle due to covid was bound to have a detrimental effect on your, or indeed anyones, mental health. As they say it’s good to talk and we are all here and happy to listen to your trials and tribulations but only if you feel that this is part of the therapy journey that may bring you through these difficult unprecedented days. I’m sure many of your subscribers will be experiencing the same issues to a lesser or greater extent and you can be sure you will be helping others with your candour. Steve I had my gall bladder removed after suffering many years severe pain episodes couldn't carry on as I was and now its out I've never felt better. @@TheHappyTravellers I am 62 and have suffered with depression for many years which I was treated with anti depressants, I have also suffered really bad with psoriasis on my scalp, elbows ,face and chest so I was on different creams with steroids and many other nasty harmfull ingredients I was also on Tramadol and Pregabalin for pain after having back surgery in 2016. I gained a lot of weight and started suffering from high blood pressure which ment even more medication. Then I was put on Statins for high cholesterol, I found all these big pharma medications had so many side effects I looked at natural supplements. And after watching Game Changer on Netflix, also available on KZread it changed my life. I became a vegetarian and started to look at alternative natural medicines that would cure and not just treat symptoms. I started with my psoriasis as it was the first of my conditions that caused 16 years of treatments but never a cure. I researched it and found out that it is caused by many things such as stress and bad diet but more importantly a lack of Vitamin D. I started with my diet in May last year then went onto Vitamin D3 and started a journal to keep a record of changes in my skin and how often I had to use the regular nasty creams prescribed by my doctor. You would not believe my relief at seeing you guys pop up. Have thought about you often and been as worried as if you were my family. You do look really well but as a fellow sufferer I know that what shows on the surface is often far removed from what is going on underneath. Keep going on the videos please, we're all in the same boat. (Well not actually the same boat obviously otherwise you would need a much much bigger barge.) The current travel uncertainties hasn't put us off planning our winter escapes in the camper. Last winter was a bit trickier getting down to Spain but we expect things to be easier this time around. Yes the world has changed and now things are very different but we just need to roll with the punches and keep our chins up. Best regards, T

It’s so lovely to see you guys!! Thank you so much for such an honest and open video! I’ve had issues for a long time with mental health, and getting out of bed is a chore, never mind making a video and appearing to be ok on the outside when you’re anything but on the inside. Anyway you’re both looking well, take care and don’t rush with things, we will all still be here whenever you’re ready 🤗👍🏻

Steve, great to see you Wendy and Pippin back again!. Followed you right through your MH travels in Europe, round the UK and on to the water. No exaggeration to say you gave us the confidence and inspiration to venture on to the continent with our MH which we would otherwise probably not have done. So a very big thank you for that. With our very best wishes to Wendy for a sustained recovery in her battle with mental health issues which I am sure are must be a massive challenge. You are so brave in openly describing the enduring torment you have been suffering and we really do hope things will continue to improve as time passes. Having watched your travels since the caravan days, I was interested to see what was happening. Glad to see you both looking well. Don’t worry about videos being much the same, the vast majority of videos I watch from caravan, motorhome and even golf videos tend to be the same format and similar content. It’s about the people generally, not what they are doing, most people do the same thing from week to week. Stay safe.

Your Heath is more important than KZread. It is lovely to see you again though, just take it easy and make videos when you feel like it, just enjoy life. I don’t know if a ceramic heater would help over winter, I find they keep the damp away better than a furnace. Take care of yourselves.

Amazing to see you both and know how you are, it’s been quite a worry not hearing from you and we have really missed you but completely understand your absence for a while.
