If she's like this in real life, she has a tremendous character to be able overcome certain situations, and handling them in a very positive manner, especially since there wasn't so much support on the domestic abuse topic at the time, as there is nowadays. And she's a hell of a wife, always supportive to her husband (even though Steve was a douche with her at the time) and not trying to make his life miserable getting jail for some years. Just gain a lot of respect for her after watching this, honestly!

Debra comes across as a very genuine person. I have nothing but respect for her honesty and integrity because in my opinion, I think she was holding back some details and perhaps watering things down somewhat due to her classy nature. It sounds like she went through hell and I wouldn't be surprised if she was abused in a sexual nature as well being on the receiving end of outright violence. A beautiful and genuine woman.

Steve was coming to end of his career and the pressure of staying on top and being healthy despite his injuries had to have contributed to his rage. On top of the substance abuse it was just a bad thing all around. Debra seems like a good person and it's sad how things went down. Cool interview! Thanks for the upload

I loved Stone Cold growing up and still love him today but hearing these stories about him hitting Debra do change my perception of him a little. Thankfully, it would appear that he has healed whatever anger was inside him that made him behave this way, and maybe it was all down to the steroids and alcohol as Debra said. Interestingly, his second wife said in an interview that he never hit her.
