Like most people in the reaction... it really was a literal rollercoaster moment, from way up in victory, to the bottom in death.

I first caught it in the book. It was so unexpected even there, that I had to read the section 4 times over just to make sure I was reading it right.

After all this yea... i mean, explanations of Avada Kedavra's function there are still SO many reactors who STILL hoped that Sirius will survive. After direct hit of literally KILLING curse. My butthurt cannot be described.

As sad as Sirius' death was... I didn't remember he suckerpunched Lucius! Way to go! (Now let's go back to being sad.) PD: Also, you notice Bellatrix' expression after Sirius before she cracked a psycho smile? That was a genuine reaction from Elena Botham Carter, 'cause Daniel's/Harry's scream was SO heartbreaking it left her shook. Guess there's a reason they left it as a silent scream.
