I was severely traumatized years ago as a teenage, got diagnosed with ADHD. Spent my whole life fighting ADHD. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my husband recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏

Ive done shrooms last month in my house. It taught me how severely traumatized I was from alcohol. I healed from many mental traumas from my past and was able to forgive, let go. Shrooms to me is a remedy not a vice. I even felt more refreshed the morning after. So no hangovers. No depression mood for days. No anxiety.I now have a more calm mind

@@tahirwani1335 I think for sinus you should 1st control all.. really all your stress and make your body very light so that you don't have any single problem and you will see your symptoms are reduced 70 to 80%. Do jogging for 45 minutes, in the beginning, start normal slow running for 400 m and then slow down and walk for 100 m then continue jogging for 400 m after then slow down for 100 m 1st do this thing and after a week stick to 1 hour .. 1 hour is minimum and 30 minutes stretching and normal exercise.. 1-month normal exercises and normal stretching after then increase the level of exercise slowly first 2 these things w8 1 more things when you doing any work, take a 10-minute break each and every 1 hour it will increase your concentration and efficiency to next level... That's it.

The first tip (btwn the wrist tendons) is awfully similar to (if not the same as) the acupressure given for nausea. I never forgot that (and the migraine one, located in what I call the thumbbed) since being taught in the late 90s. I still have the wristband from that pregnancy decades ago, and I once used it aboard 🚢🌊 after 🐳watching. It must be the exact same thing. *FINALLY Western Med is embracing the extremely beneficial TCM practices‼️*
