😀 Hello Kevin, If you are feeling tired all the time, maybe you are not drinking enough water. Simple dehydration causes fatigue. I used to fall asleep in high school from dehydration. Perhaps you may not be getting enough B vitamins, which help your body convert food into energy. Ask a pharmacist for a B vitamin complex suggestion, and ask if you should perhaps take a multivitamin. Just suggesting some simple fixes that may help. 🙂👋🏼
