P.S. have you tried wearing a sun hat? not just a "cap" but a wide brim hat? Works wonders!!! for you leatherneck and facial! =] *By "leatherneck, I leterally mean a leather neck. Like, the sun ha crisped your rear neck to the point of being turned to leather, lol.

The paintings are amazing!! What a wonderful memory of you PCT trip! Yeah Grocery Outlet is usually cheaper than Vons (or Safeway up here in Northern California) but the selection is sparse. doing it right, body cant do its job if it doesnt get what it needs. Love the paintings. I have seen people cut off the handle of the toothbrush to save weight and Birdcall is packing brush and paints. Gotta love it.
