    Please make yoga session for tighten belly and sagging breast...after delivery I did not get time for yoga or exercise..now my turns 2 years...is yoga helps me to get back my shape...plz make video...❤

    Mam, wese I'm doing it as a challenge for strengthing for my keens and legs as they were paining like hell. But aaj ka session thoda tough tha.

    Muje pls bataiye 6 months complete hua hay ceaseran ka.. meri normal weight 50 thi ab me patli ho gayi hu..40 ki plz suggest me ki phirse weight gain kase karun..kab sey suro karun yoga??
