DAY 26 OF SOFA TO SUMMIT: A 30 DAY FITNESS JOURNEY
Today is Day 26 of Sofa To Summit, and it's core mobility day!

Today's workout will be a 45-15 interval workout. Do each exercise for 45 seconds followed by 25 seconds of rest. Adjust the intervals as needed and modify the exercises as necessary.
The exercises are:
Lateral Band Hip Walk
T-Stabilization
Band Upright Rows
Lateral Stepovers
Band Dirty Dogs
