DAY 28 OF SOFA TO SUMMIT: A 30 DAY FITNESS JOURNEY
Today is Day 28 of Sofa To Summit, and it's a hike or walk day.

That's right! Today you're going to go for a 60-75 minute hike or walk! (I forgot to say the length of the hike in the video) If you have a goal to do longer hikes or to summit a mountain, go ahead and find a trail near your home. Get used to hiking on a different terrain. Maybe it's dirt and has rocks, roots and even some smaller hills. Find a trail with a little elevation gain so you can get used to hiking up and down.

If you aren't planning on hiking, you can do your walk around your neighborhood, or maybe a local park or on a greenway. Make it mindful and unplug while thinking about the people in your life who inspire you and that you appreciate.

    Did my hike at the UT Arboretum yesterday! Had to take advantage of that nice weather. The incline was so much easier than last time I was there!
