Today isn't a formal workout. But it is 5 really good balance training exercises. I recommend you take 1-3 of these and do them at the end of your main workout, when you're already tired. Oftentimes you're tired on a hike and that's when you lose your balance. Doing these exercises will help prevent falls and injuries.
Here are the exercises:
Reverse Lunge to Knee Drive
Forward to Reverse Lunge
Uneven Lunges
Multidirectional Single Leg Hop
Reaction Time Catch

    This has been really helpful to ease back into exercise. I love learning new things and i really like the balance exercises . The older we get (I am 58) the more balance is an issue and falls.

    It didn't sink in that yesterday was the final day! This has given me a starting place to create my own routine that works best for me so thank you!!
