How much weight has to be reduced during diff phases?? Like as a Beginner 5kg/7.5kg is heavy for me like in Phase 1...so what should be appropriate weight in phase 2 & 3?

Sir ek sawal tha ap ka ppl mein ek muscle ke sirf 2 he exercises hain kya chest ya back jasay big muscles ka liya 2 exercises kafi hote hain
Bhaiya aapka yeh PPL workout program intermediate waale log try kar sakte hai?

If i have pain in my neck bones...should i do these heavy lifting of week 1 to 3 ....as my gym trainer has said to do excercises in moderate weight until my back muscles are strengthened especially traps

@@sunny_dhar It is for both . Actually there is a small variation . If you lean your body forward then it targets your lower chest . And if you are straight up and doing full range of motion upto the triceps will fully contracted then it targets your triceps . For clarification you can watch on KZread about both the variations ...

isnt 5 reps too low like atleast 10-12 reps is usually been suggested like i am not beginner and been lifting from quite a few months so should I have to skip the phase or follow from the beginning with heavy weights, with which i can easily do 5 reps?

agar aapne kabhi phle 3-5 reps mein kaam nahi kia toh aisa feel hota hai. normal. Intensity should be low in the first week

Navjot sir, can I add just one cardio as well on any day. Just one cardio/sprint session per week, 10-15mins. As abs are already getting covered on saturday I am not adding any extra abs work. Also not adding any extra forearm workout due to two pull days.

Doesn’t matter much. But if you combine a good OHP or push press with rear delt exercise, it gives you better results
only one exercise for chest?
