How much weight has to be reduced during diff phases?? Like as a Beginner 5kg/7.5kg is heavy for me like in Phase 1...so what should be appropriate weight in phase 2 & 3?

Sir morning m workout karna hai to energy k liye kya kare kyuki utna weight or properly nahi ho pata morning m
Weight har set mai same hoga k different.
But in 3 to 5 rep i don't feel pump chahe jitna heavy weight le lu . I feel pump only in 10 to 12 reps . Usse Kam me muje lgta hi nahi h ki workout kia h
Biggner can do these or not
Pull up ki trick kam krti hai phle mere se 1 bhi ni lgti thi. Ab 1 set me 15 rep lga leta hoon. Aise total 50 pull up tk pahuch jata hoon

Important hai ya nahi, iska seedha ek line mein answer nahi hai. Filhaal iss first week mein aapko full failure takk jaane ki zaroorat nahi

Sir mai 3-4 saal tk bht bade bade body builder ke videos diet plan aur motivation transformation dekhe, But among all u r the best of best. Please koi PDF bna dijiye for Intermediate Level.... Main bhi dumbell ankles mein fsa ke karta hu. Try agar sahi lage nahi toh negative part of the exercise 4 secs slow karo

Work on shoulder mobility. Do proper progressive overload in incline or flat bench press
