I’m proud to say that as a black woman in my 20 year’s of being born and raised in America, I have never felt oppressed. I have never felt the need any type of reparations, I have never felt that I’ve been held back due to “oppression ”. I dream of being a nurse practitioner. I know I can and I will, and nothing is stopping me from doing so.

I worked as cashiers in school bookstore, waiter in restaurant, cleaning person... I got my degree and had a working visa then got my green card. I bought my own condo with my savings. Got married and have two beautiful children. I love America!! When you work hard and with knowledge you have a life you wanted. There are all different races of people I work with. We got along well. Nobody was oppressed by anyone. Sometimes with broken English I felt I was treated even better because I’m an immigrant. I'm surprised a liberal hasn't chimed in to say that your experience is in the minority - and that plenty of 'other people' (it's always 'other people') are oppressed by evil, white nazis. It's sad but there are actually people - especially in Europe and even some white liberal Americans (who never associate with POC) - who believe this deranged fantasy - not realizing how brain-washed they are. If they buy into the brain-washing, then it justifies overthrowing the government and starting over...as evidenced by BLM/Antifa - they're very open about the fact that they are marxists.

Using an Evolutionary Lens, to understand what is happening to black men and crime: In evolution the male role is the protector/provider in humans. There is a biological deal between the genders: He wants sex from the female, he wants companionship and children. On her half of the equation, she wants sex, she gets to pick who she has sex with, who she has children with, she wants resources and much of her choice in men, come's down to their utility, as resource providers. That's the basic biological compact between men and women. ...then we gave women the vote What women voting leads to, is women voting for resources, via the government, as a Surrogate Husband. The Progressives and Democrats took to this, like ducks to water. Republicans do this too, just not as much. Both reduce the necessity for women, to have a man around. The Democrats make this central to their politics. When that leads to is the replacement of mostly black men as providers of resources, for their women. Suddenly he is worth nothing to her. He is worthless. That's what happened to black men. They were replaced by the government. I don't blame black women for supporting this. Like white women, they are wired to acquire resources from men. When we men let women vote, their feminine resource acquisition instinct kicks in, they are wired that way, they vote in resources. Then the black men were degraded, made valueless by their own women. This leads to community failure, family failure, sons failing. What happened in the black community is not a as much a racial thing, as it is a gender thing, best understood in terms of female nature, male nature and evolution. Then we can peel back the layers to see why it failed miserably: It went against evolutionary norms. It broke the basic biological compact between men and women. Black Lives Matter is a feminist organization. Their principles are based on feminism. Feminism destroyed the black community. In the '60s feminists changed the financial rules. Black women got more money, if the father of the children was not in the home. Women had no reason to keep men around. Female headed households went from 20% of black households in the 1960s, to 80% of black households. Black children...or white children, especially boys, don't do well without dad around. Dr. Warren Farrell wrote "The Boy Crisis", he has the stats: Nearly 100% of men in prison, both black or white men, come from fatherless homes. Black Lives Matter is a feminist organization. It believes in kicking black men out of the home. The result is, black communities were slowly destroyed by white progressives and communists and feminists. Feminism is an offshoot of communism. No wonder it turned out so bad for black Americans. Feminism is based on degrading men, taking away their power. This destroys the evolutionary usefulness of black men, and their sense of responsibility. They will destroy the white community just like they destroyed the black community. George Floyd was raised by a single mom, dad not around. He fathered a bunch of kids, didn't keep in touch with his kids and had a criminal record. Are you surprised? I'm not. Black America is a feminist Matriarchy. That's part of the problem. We need good families. That means men must be viewed by women as economically and socially useful. Men must have access to their children. Women should not get money from the government unless they can prove, the Dad was involved in the child's life. This goes entirely against the feminist narrative, which is a leading cause of the decay in the black community. Empower black men.

@@TimBitts649 I agree with what you have said, but the Republicans are not guilty of creating the policies which caused these problems, other than giving women the vote in the first place. They are only implicit in apathy, and not stopping, or reversing the racist Democrat policies. President Trump has began to reverse some of these Democratic policies, which is why blacks in America were doing much better for the first three years of his first term. This is because he is more of a liberal than most Republicans, yet still a conservative for most things, but believes in equal opportunity for all, and has tried to remove the barriers to bettering oneself that are within the American way of life which were placed on the minority and black impoverished of the USA. All minorities and blacks should #WalkAway from the Democrats and vote for Donald Trump. No need to change to Republican, but stop supporting the leftists, progressive Democrats that have done nothing but ill for minorities in America for the last 50 years, and did all the bad things thru history of the US to the blacks since their party foundation which was to secure the continued right to own slaves.

@@imkluu I agree with your comments. To me, politically the biggest mistake black Americans made in my lifetime, was only voting Democrat. A large majority of black Americans have voted Democrat for decades. This was dumb, dumb, dumb. It takes away the power of the black vote. It's far smarter to say to both Republicans and Democrats: What's in it for me as a black American voter? How can you improve my life, my family's life?.....black Americans haven't done that, for decades. When they always vote one way, Democrats take them for granted, don't do much for them, don't look for solutions. Why should they? Democrats take black Americans for granted...so much so that Joe Biden wasn't even aware of how insulting he was being to black voters when he said, "If you don't vote Democrat, you ain't black". If black voters and black leaders start shopping around, they can get both Democrats and Republicans to come up with policies that help black Americans....politicians will be inclined to do this if they see the black vote as a swing vote, an independent vote. American elections are won by razor thin margins now. Till now, Democrats have been able to count on the black vote, they need it to win. Make them earn it. Voting being this tight means even slight shifts in the black vote can win the election for Trump and lose it for Democrats. This gives black voters tremendous leverage over politicians in both parties. Use it. I'm not asking black Americans to become Republican. I'm really asking black Americans to become Independent, to change their vote. any damn time they feel like it, to ask for a better deal and vote against people who don't give you a better deal. With individualism, black people end up losing, as they always did in thousands of years. That's that truth nobody says because the whole system is based on a lie, virtual equality that is not real, that hides biological facts. Unless you unmask the truth, you will always have people blaming the system for ending up last. We are seeing the same lie between women and men now, they are unable to accept reality. The last 40 years of western civilization are based on a lie created after WW2, and the purpose is dismantling Europeans historical dominance with brainwashing in school and media, passively accepting an invasion that will erase their identity. It was all planned, long time ago.

I'm proud of this man. He has hit the nail on the head. I am an immigrant to the West, swept the streets cleaned the toilets, worked in security in clubs and was called all the nasty words you can imagine. I didn't cry 😭😭😭😭😭 into oblivion but kept my head high. I speak 4 languages but was laughed at a lot because of my accent by people who I later corrected because they made so many grammatical errors. What is "I done"?. 😂😂😂😂😂😂(•‿•)(•‿•)(•‿•). I knew then that my education will be the best tool or power that I can use to move into the higher social status. (Maslow's hierarchy of needs). I persevered on that front and today things have fallen in place with a big house beautiful family, children attending extra classes academically and as extra curriculum activity. I met black guys who were born in the UK whilst we were working as doormen in clubs. I go round town to enjoy with my family and they're still standing there. Right there. I was not born in the UK. I immigrated here. The difference is that I chose to educate myself with all the money I got from doing horrible jobs and on jobs that I was humiliated on and called racially insulting names by. I was still at it, educating myself. Just like Mr Webb is saying we as black people should take some personal responsibility. We cannot be wasting all our energy on demonstrating, shouting and wailing. This strategy gas not worked. We should look closer to home. We should consider other ways of gaining respect and I suggest education and considering how we bring children into this world. This single parent thing has not benefited us whatsoever. Having a baby mother or baby father is not a badge of honour. It just destroys the future of many children and those unborn. Yes there is racism but we indirectly perpetuate it.

You can still have a productive debate/conversation about that topic. Especially when it's something as small as if America can still be considered a nation state. I am so very thankful for speakers like Mr Webb. I see this man and I see hope for the forward movement of discourse in modern America. I have taught myself to listen to the person who is speaking words worthy of hearing rather than displacing the value of the words by only utilizing the visual cue of the vessel. Experience can only teach those who learn the lesson. By this I mean if we only listen and refuse to hear it is better we leave before the discussion because without receptive and objective hearing, the speech is only that of a songbird sitting alone in an empty field. Poetry aside, I believe in America and what America represents from it’s foundation. Advancing in society and planning for the future only works if people look forward by learning from mistakes and placing value on those ideas and things that have worked and make those things better. I will argue that if we look forward to any future by chaining ourselves to past pains, we have enslaved our minds and our bodies can only rot in place just and we further imprison our very future. I pray we can unchain ourselves and move forward as a people and a Nation. This is how we heal our past and empower ourselves to gain all that may accomplished not just ourselves now but all who will go forward after us.

" they just won't let someone speak" That, and ad hominem attacks are classic tactics straight out of the leftists' playbook. If an opponent presents a good case, talk over, shout down, impugn their integrity and deny their right to give an opinion. Do whatever it takes to suppress the public airing of any expression of departure from leftist doctrinal orthodoxy. It must be a source of continuous irritation to the left how humans are so diverse in opinion and keep popping up all over the place with perverse and politically inconvenient and socially untidy thoughts and aspirations. How dare they! How bl**dy disruptive! . . How DELIGHTFUL ! The hideous experiment has continued for over 100 years now and despite the mass murders, the genocides by starvation, and working prisoners to death in labour camps, the corpse count, in the region of 100 million plus, isn't quite enough to have fixed the problems, perhaps just a few million more innocents to the slaughter is all it needs to get it right. Because I had a racist sent to jail, his friends and family who were in law enforcement chose to harass me, try and frame me followed me repeatedly and threatened my life more than once!! I tried to move around to other cities and they promptly let me know there was a problem wherever I went!! For 3 months their friends Nextdoor to me called me, my son and my wife names every day. I called 911 repeatedly and the police would do nothing!! One day he threatened to kill my son and I because my son was being too loud, I called 911 while he was screaming and threatening me and then they had to do something, I also called stations from surrounding cities. When they came they tried calming him down before other officers came and he still had his gun, and when the other officers started to pull up then they started trying to handcuff him, he resisted and got irate because he wasn’t used to them not being on his side so they hurt him when all of the other officers came and hog tied him and took him to jail!! After like I said they tried to frame me repeatedly put me in jail tried to kill me in front of some women at a birthday party, for those to say things like this guy is saying is sickening to those actually going through these things every day!!

This man is crazy! I have experienced every level of professionalism in America. At every level it gets much more clear that structural racism is alive and well...He is a typical stooge for the oppressor's propaganda.. Is he blind or is this real? I think they are trying to provoke our thoughts on this issue. He cannot be standing in an all-white environment speaking this way. Someone pay him to go out there to be Stepin Fetchit! You know Fetchit was the first black man to make a million buck playing “stereotypical: black roles in Hollywood. Maybe this guy is doing the same thing. Let us all African pray for him. Intellectual poverty is worse than abject poverty! Is the “western educated intellectuals” that are selling us to the “lowest bidder”….. There is class of obsessed white people who live in denial their entire life.

It's honestly ridiculous that people think they're disadvantaged because of the colour of their skin. That may be the case in other countries but it can't possibly be the case in the US where a black man was elected by the people, twice, to be the President. Racists exist and they are pieces of shit but the claim that the US as a whole is racist is quite clearly, and utterly, nonsensical.

I wish someone like this WOULD run, someone who isn't a politician. yes trump is technically not a politician but he is just so controversial , I am conservative but not a big fan of Trump personally, I do not think hes some kind of devil like he is played out to be by media but I do not like him as a person and do not appreciate a lot of the things he says and how he presents himself. I would love to see someone like this man become president, we really need someone like this.

It's worse than that. The government is so lacking in accountability that it has allowed racists to continue to flourish in positions of power, such as the police department. Government representatives should be held to a higher standard than the average person. If we simply did that, racism and many other problems, such as nepotism and corruption, would be significantly curtailed.

@jpc1918 Your not getting the point. A white cop kills a black man. A racist person sees it that the white cop killed the man BECAUSE he was black. Without any facts or evidence suggesting that. Their mind immediately goes to racism. That, by definition is a racist. To immediately assume someone was murder BECAUSE of their race and for no other reason, means you LOOKING for racism because you WANT racism to exist. Therefore, you create in your mind an alternate reality.

It's nice to see someone talking about the roots of issues. Too many times people want to address the result of a problem and not the reason it exists in the first place. Tackling the result is like fixing a flood with a bucket of water, fixing the root is by finding out why the flood happened in the first place and fixing that issue.
