As an Oklahoma State fan I couldn’t be much happier. DT competitive nature will have him wanting to challenge Penn State for top spot and that’s the energy this program needs. Iowa is gonna need to make a move like this.. OSU just became the outright number 2 choice for the best recruits' landing spot in college wrestling.. David Taylor is a class act, did this pres conference without any notes, totally organized thoughts..

Not every great wrestler makes a great coach but DTs name alone is huge for recruiting purposes.. He's obviously smart, well read, a legend. How can a wrestling fan not be excited about this..

Think D.T. is an entrepreneur and has alot going on in business world already. D2 Wrestling club is pretty big.Cael offering him a job,wouldn't compare to being the man,HEAD COACH! He brought some great wrestling minds to OSU!

It will take awhile to get used to him in the orange and black, after 15 years in blue and white.

I understand.. I'm an SDSU wrestling fan, same conference.. I'm not an OSU fan but now I'll be rooting for them, unless they're here in South Dakota

How'd you come to know this?

How long did it take for someone/anyone to pony up and make a move like this….10 years maybe after they knew Caels success at Penn State was real. Did everyone think these major institutions would just continue to get beaten badly forever? If DT is instantly successful, maybe it will drive some AD’s to move off of coaches still using archaic training methods that are trying to mesh poorly trained kids in rooms that can’t gel. Guys like CP are at home all giddy and happy that the sport had brought them a new topic to lament over for the near future, all while knowing they had NO CLUE this move was actually going to happen. Flo’s investigative journalism is akin to senior citizens having sex, slow and sloppy. Any wrestlers going to Okie State and/or Okie State will tell the world before anyone at Flo knows anything solid.
